A Season of Comfort has been carried around in the hearts of a few friends for about 10 years now. Well, she is finally official! ASOC was incorporated on September 21st and is moving forward to do what needs to be done. Our vision is to help everyday everybodies find their season of redemption, restoration, and victory. Join us on the journey.
On our blog, we will be enjoying the literary/artistic approaches to life. Book, movies, plays, songs . . . the message is in there. Here's the new blog kickoff: "Tyler Talks"
We love Tyler Perry's movies and plays! He has so wisely found a method of including some incredibly important topics into wildly hilarious plots . . . or is it the other way around? After listening to the resounding laughter whevever and whenever his films are viewed, I am left incredibly saddened by the avoidance of the issues where great healing could begin. (Who wants to blow a good high by facing reality, right?!) In our "Tyler Talks" blogs we will be discussing the deeper issues that are exposed in his productions. So look out for our feedback and prompts on the play and movie version of "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" in our October blog. Watch them and get ready to chat . . . and cry . . . and be comforted.

I finally found you!
Me
I am so glad that you found us! So, have you watched "I Can Do Bad By Myself" yet? Movie and/or play version?
I have seen both, the movie and the play, and I think that he did an excellent job of both.
